Glenn Dixon
DIRECTOR AND FILMMAKER
Glenn leads Aspect Visuals with a calm, thoughtful approach shaped by two decades behind the lens. After graduating from Swinburne with a Bachelor of Film and Television, he began a visual journey that’s taken him from the Arctic Circle to the streets of Naarm/Melbourne. Glenn is known for creating striking, human-focused stories that connect people to place.
Outside the studio, you’ll find him enjoying community radio, sharing a Vegemite crumpet with his partner Xisca and greyhound Henry, or planning their next creative adventure.

Jaimie Smith
PRODUCER
Jaimie brings a calm, people-centred energy to every project. With a background in both Psychology and the Arts, she blends empathy with creativity, guiding productions from early development through to delivery with clarity and care. Her strength lies in creating smooth pathways for teams and clients alike, making complex projects feel manageable and collaborative.
Off the clock, you’ll likely find her on a hiking trail, curled up with knitting needles, or deep in a documentary binge.

Kayla Valkanis
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Kayla brings focus, warmth and attention to detail to everything she works on. A graduate of Deakin’s Film and Television program, she’s gained hands-on experience across film, broadcast and documentary sets, supporting crews and learning from industry mentors. She approaches each project with a practical mindset and creative curiosity, always ready to lend a hand or offer a fresh perspective.
When she’s not on set, she’s either lifting weights at the gym or dancing to house music in her headphones.
