When we first heard about an ambitious plan to rebuild Sing Sing Recording Studios in a stripped-out Fairfield warehouse, we knew it was a story worth sharing. If you haven’t heard the studio by name, you’ve almost certainly heard it through your speakers.

Enter Aaron and Tom: two musicians and in-house engineers who stepped up to purchase Sing Sing and carry its legacy into the future. Over the course of the multi-year build, we captured their journey as they transformed an empty shell into a space for the next generation of artists.

From that footage, we saw an opportunity to create a case study for Durra Panel, whose sustainable wall panels were key to the build. By weaving product into an authentic, story-led narrative, we highlighted both their role in the project and their place in the studio’s evolution.
